When selecting a venue for a wedding most brides consider one that aligns with their vision for their wedding day and fits into their budget. Location is also a high priority. Altoree and Charles found the Alley Station Warehouse in Downtown Montgomery to be the best choice for their wedding and reception. Not only did it provide a cool, pleasant atmosphere for the wedding and reception, but we also had access to a balcony and the Alley for some fun outdoor captures. Please enjoy a few highlights from their special day.
Altoree and Charles chose some pretty amazing vendors to transform the Alley Station Warehouse into the perfect wedding and reception venue. Pam Hawkins of Pam’s Incredible Edibles handled the decor, cakes, and florals. Debbie Kemsel Catering provided an excellent selection of food (the corn casserole was amazing!). And her make-up artist, Monte Hammon, didn’t just do the make-up and leave. He stayed right with her through the entire ceremony, photo time, and reception to make sure the bride was absolute perfection for everything.
While the Alley Station Warehouse is a beautiful backdrop for a wedding, reception, or event, the lighting can prove problematic for an inexperienced photographer or one who advertises as a “natural light” photographer. If you book an indoor venue like the Warehouse, be sure you also book a photographer who has the proper equipment to light a dark venue and knows how to use it.

I am currently between studios. While the plan was to move from the current location to the new one, the new location is not ready yet. So I will temporarily be without a physical studio location for a month or so. However, I will continue to accept on-location sessions. I am just moving -- not closing.
