Headshots feature the real people behind your company. They are the first impression potential clients have of your company and can have a positive impact on that perception. Consistency in headshots is key to sending the message that you are one company and that you work together to achieve a common goal.
I have been honored to work with several reputable companies to provide updated headshots for their businesses. I normally set aside a block of time, depending on the number of team members, and photograph them back-to-back. They can rotate in and out and avoid leaving the office unmanned. These can be scheduled in my studio, on location, or at the company’s location.
What if all the team members can’t come on the same day?
That’s not a problem. I can add a second day to the original date and still achieve consistency.
I recently updated the headshots for First Choice Women’s Medical Center in Montgomery AL. Their mission is to provide professional & honest services to those facing pregnancy decisions. Two of their team members were unable to come on the scheduled day. Because they requested studio headshots I was easily able to duplicate the background and lighting so there is consistency. I think someone would be hard pressed to identify the two that were taken on another date.
This consistency is much easier to accomplish in the studio than on location. Changes in seasons, windspeed, and lighting are out of our control in an outdoor setting. We can get close. For example, these images for Palomar Insurance in Montgomery were taken in the same location but a month apart. Palomar offers a broad array of programs specifically tailored to industry specialist. You can definitely see a difference, but it still has a consistency due to the green background.
What if we add new team members?
Not a problem. Headshots taken in the studio can easily be replicated. Outdoor headshots will be more difficult but achievable. Let’s use Rapid Fire Home Buyers as an example. Rapid Fire Home Buyers is a real estate solutions company based out of Montgomery. Joseph Back, the founder and president of the Rapid Fire Group, contacted me in 2021 for headshots for his team in Montgomery. He opened another location in Columbus, Georgia in 2022. Although photographed a year apart the new headshots fit seamlessly with the ones from 2021.
Consistent headshots for the whole team conveys professionalism, dependability, and reliability. I’d love to help you achieve that for your company. Please contact me at info@diannapaulk.com or 334.324.9533 for more information.
