February 21 is National Card Reading Day.

Say what you will about the convenience of emails and texts, nothing beats pulling out a handwritten note from your mailbox. It’s a tangible way to express our love, remind someone that we’re praying for them, cheer up someone who is ill, celebrate an event, say thank you, or tell someone why they’re special to you.

I keep my Etsy shop stocked with pretty greeting cards. Here are just a few of my favorites.

However, that doesn’t give you time to make sure someone special to you has a card to read on this National Card Reading Day. So, here’s a free printable for you. Just download the PDF file and print on an 8.5×11 piece of paper. Fold in half lengthwise, then in half again so the image is on the front of the folded card. Write a special note inside and hand-deliver.

The file will look like this when you open it:

And like this when it’s printed:

The quality of the printed card will be dependent upon your printer and the paper used. Your friends and family won’t care so much about the quality as the fact that you thought enough of them to send/give a card.

I hope you’ll visit my etsy shop and get a couple of packages to keep on hand for future needs. DiAnnaPaulkPrints

I maintain a small studio off Carmichael Road in Montgomery AL and many sessions are scheduled on location. All sessions are by appointment only.
